I don’t think il be able to find the words to really do justice on just how brilliant this nursery setting actually is. My 4 year old son Niall has just completed his time with the exwick ark and is moving on to school in September. He has been with them since the term after his 2nd birthday I’ve also got my youngest son Wyatt attending the nursery and he has another year remaining here. First of all the setting itself is lovely, very clean and tidy and it’s very clear that safety is a huge priority here. The nursery is very secure and a great deal of attention is given to keeping the environment hazard free and all the children safe and happy. The staff here are amazing I’ve always found that nothing is too much trouble for anyone always happy to spare a few extra minutes to chat and give updates they are also very good at keeping the parent contact app well updated so I’m able to get an idea on what my sons have been doing, what they have eaten, toilet visits/nappy changes, naps. Messages on the app are picked up quickly and responded to which is great for peace of mind. I’ve got friends who use other nursery’s and many of them don’t have access to a parent app so their always really impressed when they see I’m getting this regular contact throughout the day plus able to see daily photos and a write up on what my children and their room have been doing. My son was a little stubborn to potty train and the nursery worked with me every step of the way even making him a special chart to have at home which was the same as one he had in nursery just so we would keep the consistency. I love how the staff are very keen to stick to the children’s individual routines as much as possible. I feel like the staff put a lot of heart into making great relationships with the children and it definitely shows my boys absolutely adore their key workers and the other staff members in their rooms many years were shed on Friday when we had to say goodbye to all the lovely staff in the giraffe room. My family and I went through a particularly tough time this year which saw my husband away from me and our children for almost 14 months and I honestly cannot thank the staff enough for all their help and support during that time I was so nervous to have to tell them what was going on but I’m so glad I did because Sharon and the rest of the team put me right at ease there was no judgment at all they were so understanding and staff took the extra time to check in and ask if there was anything more they could do to support me. For me personally I wouldn’t want to send my children anywhere else this is a brilliant nursery setting, flexible hours and the rates are fantastic aswell.

Our daughter loved her time at the Exwick Ark, running in the morning with the biggest smile. Could not recommend highly enough to anyone looking for a nursery for their little ones. Lovely staff who were always so kind.

Both of our children went to Exwick Ark and had an absolutely incredible time. The team of great professionals, that makes your child feel at home and gives a really good knowledge base. My son loves going to nursery here. The staff really understand him and he loves everyone there, often bounding in in the morning. He has been attending now for over a year - I moved house during this time and the staff made sure to make that transition as easy as possible for him by reading books about moving house and talking about different kinds of house. Excellent communication, lovely ethos, and personalised, thoughtful care.

Lovely nursery, the girls are all great. I also really like the updates we get throughout the day when my children attend. My two absolutely love coming to nursery! Thank you!

Exwick Ark is very nice nursery, professional staff and great service

Our 16 month old daughter has attended the nursery now for 6-7 months and loves it. She runs into the team when the door opens in the morning and is sad to say goodbye when she leaves! The girls really are like an extended family and put a lot of time and investment in to our beautiful girl. We get loads of picture updates and the team are happy to chat about her development, and I am really happy we have found this great place!
